He's mischievous enough to flee, but still a volunteer, after all. It's his job to answer questions too, right? Even if his ability to answer is rather limited. So Carpet reemerges from around the corner, probably looking even more ridiculous than Ienzo expected--to help him wear a hat without a head, one of the volunteers had "helpfully" tied a ribbon around each side, then tied the other ends under the knots anchoring his tassels to him.

It..... sort of works? It slides and bobs around a lot as Carpet moves, but it does stay on. One tassel is holding an entire stack of the tacky visors; the other twists itself into a thumbs up. That's right, they're free to keep! Have fun pranking a kid with it in turn, or more tamely gifting it instead?
